The counsel for the applicant is satisfied with the response of the Superintendent of Prison, Wardha that applicant will be permitted to fill up application form to appear for Maharashtra Common Entrance Examination (MHT CET) subject to bearing his own cost. The applicant is thus permitted to file application form at his own expenses. The Superintendent of Prison, Wardha shall facilitate the applicant to submit the aforesaid application form. 3.

In view of above, the counsel for the applicant is not pressing for order on releasing the applicant on bail. The application is disposed of.
