Heard Mr. Dhumale, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr. Warulkar, learned Advocate for the respondent in both the petitions.

By these petitions, the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 16-03-2023 passed by the Industrial Court, Nagpur in Complaint (ULP) No.131/2017. 3.

Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the controversy is with respect to the decision of the petitioners to exclude past temporary service of the employee for counting it for the purpose of pension and other retirement benefits which is mentioned as a condition in the regularization order dated 05-01-2016. It is pointed out that the controversy involved in the petition is identical to the controversy decided by this Court in the bunch of petitions including Writ Petition No.1482/2023 decided on 05-02-2025. It is pointed out that by this judgment the bunch of

Perusal of the impugned order and the documents on record show that the controversy involved in the petition is identical. Hence, there is no reason to take a different view. For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 05-02-2025 in Writ Petition No.1484/2023 along with connected matters, the instant petitions are dismissed.
