This Court, vide order dated 01.11.2025, was pleased to stay the impugned order on certain conditions. The order impugned prevents petitioner No.2 to enter city of Mangrul Pir, District Washim for 24 hours, which commenced from 10:00 a.m. of 01.11.2025 to 10:00 a.m. of 02.11.2025. We are informed that the petitioners attended the programme in terms of the order dated 01.11.2025. 2.

Thus, the purpose of filing the petition is served. The order dated 01.11.2025 is made absolute.

The petitioners had given an undertaking on 01.11.2025 that they will file original undertaking dated 01.11.2025 submitted on behalf of petitioners, within three working days. The undertaking thus ought to have been furnished by 06.11.2025. 4.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to submit the undertaking today. Permission is granted. The petitioner shall furnish the same with the Registry by 04:30 p.m. today. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
