DATED : 12-12-2023 The learned Counsel Mr. A.D. Dangore appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has no objection to allow the prayer for condonation of delay in substituting the name of the petitioner Director so also for bringing the other Director on record.

As such both these applications stand allowed. Writ Petition No. 4431 of 2017.

We are informed by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the entire dues which are levied against the petitioner towards the payment of property tax are paid and cleared. The statement is not disputed by the respondents.

In the aforesaid background in response to the submission made by the learned Counsel for the

2 wp4431.17 petitioner that the petitioner's property is remained to be discharged from the attachment, the learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the appropriate action shall be taken thereby discharging the property of the petitioner from the attachment and appropriate communication to that effect shall be made within a period of four weeks. The statement is accepted. 3.

Stand over 09-1-2024.
