The civil application has been filed for recalling the order dated 10/11/2023 and cancellation of bailable warrant issued on 10/11/2023.

Though the application is vehemently opposed by Mr. Jachak, learned counsel for the petitioners, a perusal of the order dated 10/11/2023 would indicate that the purpose for issuing the bailable warrant was for securing the presence of the respondent nos.1 to 4. Since the presence of the respondent

01 CAN 117 of 2023.odt nos.1 to 4 has been secured and now the learned Assistant Government Pleader is appearing on their behalf, the order has served its purpose.

The civil Application is, therefore, allowed. The order dated 10/11/2023 is hereby recalled, however, subject to the condition that the learned Assistant Government Pleader shall continue to represent the respondent nos.1 to 4 and shall ensure their presence if and so directed by this Court on any future date.

Civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
