This is an application moved for intervention by one Hemant Vadera whose application for similar prayer was dismissed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gondia and no challenge was raised to the said order dated 3rd July, 2023 passed below Exhibit 21.

In that view of the matter, prayer in the present application cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
