After hearing learned counsel for applicant to some extent and after perusal of the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. Considering that the applicant is behind bar since the date of his arrest, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the trial at the earliest.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
