Civil Application (CAA) No.04/2019 By this application, the applicants have sought to stay of effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 29th August, 2018 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Amravati in Regular Civil Appeal No.137/2014.

By order dated 1st February, 2019, this Court had held that a prima facie case is made out and hence, granted ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a).

2/2 In view of the reasons stated in the application, ad interim relief granted to continue till the disposal of the appeal. The civil application stands disposed of.

Parties are put to notice that an endeavor will be made to dispose of the appeal finally at the stage of admission. Stand over to 02/02/2021.
