The application for grant of bail, in connection with Crime No. 797/2020 registered with Hinganghat Police Station, District Wardha for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code,1860.

The previous bail application is withdrawn by the present applicant and the direction was given to the learned trial Court to dispose of the trial expeditiously, and in any case within a period of three months.

Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submitted that 12 witnesses are already examined, yet 4 to 5 witnesses are to be examined, but some cases are transferred from the Sessions Court, Hinganghat to Wardha wherein the time is consumed and therefore, the trial is not concluded. He further submitted that if the trial is concluded within two months then the applicant will not press this application. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned trial Court is directed rkn

50ba1137.2023.odt to dispose of the trial within two months and the parties shall cooperate with the Court.

The District and Sessions Judge Court No.1, Wardha shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within two months. If the trial is not concluded within two months, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court by filing an appropriate application.

The criminal application is disposed of.
