As per the order dated 4.11.2025, an undertaking was submitted by the petitioners that if the petitioners fail before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in obtaining stay to the possession, the petitioners would hand over the possession.

Today, learned counsel for petitioners inform the Court that the petitioners could not succeed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in obtaining stay order and the application for stay came to be rejected. He further submits that the petitioners want to raise challenge to such order and seek further interim orders. 4.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the present petition with direction to respondents not to take possession of the properties in question for fourteen days from today to enable the petitioners to file appropriate proceeding and seek stay to the possession. On lapse of 14 days, the undertaking given by the petitioners will come into effect.
