Heard. The learned Counsel for the nonapplicants/ respondents. Perused the order dated 15/10/2018. On perusal of the same, it appears that the respondent No.5 is mentioned as brother of the deceased instead of respondent No.4 and therefore in operative part of the order, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount instead of respondent Nos. 3 and 5.

The respondent No.5 is entitled for withdrawal of the amount instead of respondent No.4 and necessary correction be made in the order dated 15/10/2018 in Civil Application (F) No.2500/2018.

The civil application is allowed.
