DATED : 11-03-2020 It is fairly stated by Shri S.N. Bhattad, the learned Counsel for Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Nagpur that the applicant has complied with the conditions incorporated in paragraph 3 of the order dated 21-2-2020.

Shri S.N. Bhattad, learned Counsel further fairly states that the order dated 21-2-2020 can be confirmed subject to certain additional conditions, which are : (i) The applicant shall provide the Cell number on which the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Nagpur would forward the notice, summons or any other communication. This shall be done in twenty-four hours. (ii) It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the cell number active and the forwarding of the notice, summons or any other communication on the said cell number shall be construed sufficient service thereof.
