By this application, it is prayed that the execution of the decree passed by the trial Court and confirmed by the first appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the second appeal. It is stated that the applicant is in possession of the suit property and hence, the execution of the decree be stayed. The non-applicant no.1 has been duly served. Despite grant of time on 13.08.2018, no reply has been filed. Hence, the ad-interim order passed on 07.03.2018 is made absolute. The application is allowed in aforesaid terms. However, applicants shall not create any third party rights in the suit property.

The civil application is disposed of.
