P.C.
1.
After filing of this application in the year 2023, the investigation is completed and the chargesheet is ready for filing of the same, hence, a permission is sought by the present applicant to file the same on record.
2.
Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the chargesheet is ready, we permit the State to file the chargesheet. 3.
In the present matter, since the non-applicant no.2 is not yet served, even after the lapse of two years and as we have permitted to State to file the chargesheet, we dispose of this application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh raising a challenge to the chargesheet, if he so desire.
