This contempt petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 16-05-2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2026/2024.

Instead of approaching this Court directly the petitioner ought to have filed appropriate application before the learned Magistrate. The petition is, thus disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Magistrate.
