Civil Application (CAO) No.63/2020 Heard Shri A.A. Dhawas, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5. He has submitted that respondent Nos.1 to 5 have not received any amount of compensation, therefore, permit respondent Nos.1 to 5 to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court.

The appellant has deposited amount of compensation Rs.83,33,909/-. Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation after furnishing undertaking for the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
