We have not looked into the contentions of petitioner that he has been absorbed against a Scheduled Caste post. If he is subjected to any verification process on that count, it is always open to him to raise appropriate challenge. We therefore, find the present Misc. Civil Application premature, at least at this stage. The same is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
