DATED : JULY 20, 2018 Shri Jaiswal, learned Counsel for applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to file discharge application before trial Court contending that on investigation, charge-sheet is filed before competent Court, which is stated to be registered as Sessions Case No.97/2018 on the file of Sessions Judge-12, Nagpur. It is further prayed that since applicant nos.1 and 3 are in service in Police Department as Police Constables, departmental proceedings are initiated against them due to pendency of crime and, therefore, direction may be issued to trial Court for early disposal of discharge application. In the circumstances, leave as prayed is granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to filing discharge application before concerned Court.
