By the first Civil Application, the respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to 7 are praying for the dismissal of the petition as all the parties reflected in the cause title appearing in the impugned judgment, have not been added. By the second Civil Application, the petitioner seeks leave to add those parties whose names appear in the cause title of the impugned judgment and were not added in this petition. 2.

I have heard the learned Advocates and the learned AGP on behalf of the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out in Civil Application No. 61 of 2020, the same is allowed. The petitioner would add those parties as respondents to this petition, whose names appear in the cause title in the impugned judgment.
