Perused the application and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

According to the learned counsel for the respondent no.5 in the writ petition, in paragraph 8 of the judgment dated 18/10/2019 in Writ Petition 1890/2018 with connected petitions, it has been observed that the Market Committee has passed resolution prior to the order dated 15/07/2013. Copy the resolution dated 14/08/2014 is placed on record to indicate that Resolution No.4 in relation to the petitioner was passed before 15.07.2013.

Hence it is clarified that the resolution passed by the Market Committee at serial no. 4 in relation to the petitioner is dated 14/08/2014.

With this observation, the civil application is disposed of.
