By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the condition Nos. (i) and (iii) imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail in Criminal Application No. 112/2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 2nd Saturday of every month, and the investigating officer is directed to record his presence. However, it is difficult for the applicant to attend on 14/12/2024, as there is a marriage of his son scheduled on 14th and 15th of this month. He is ready to attend the police station on 16th at Jabalpur and 21st at Nagpur.

Learned APP strongly opposed the said application and submitted that at Jabalpur he can attend the said police station, though there is a marriage ceremony in the house.

Considering that the applicant has attended the concerned police station and cooperated with the investigating agency, and considering the reason that there is a marriage ceremony in the house, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 16th at Jabalpur and 21st at Nagpur. Subsequent thereto, he shall attend the concerned police station as directed by this Court by order dated 15/10/2024.

The criminal application (APPLN) No. 133 of 2024 is disposed of.
