DATE : 12-12-2024 The petitioners have moved this application to amend the petition, thereby raising a challenge to Rule 8-A (4) of the Maharashtra Municipalities (Transfer of Immovable Properties) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to allow the application as prayed. Hence, the application is allowed. The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and place a copy of the amended petition on record by supplying the same to the other side by the returnable date.

Writ Petition No.3808/2023 List the matter on 17-01-2025.
