Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

According to him, though the petitioner No.2 is entitled for Project Affected Certificate (PAP), the same has not been granted by the respondent No.2-Company. 3.

Be that as it may, this issue can be very well dealt with by the respondent No.2 after considering the contentions raised.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2-Company to treat the present petition as a representation, and the same be decided within 10 weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
