DATE :- 13th DECEMBER, 2023 CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.3547 OF 2023 We have perused the affidavit tendered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur- respondent no.2, in support of the application for cancellation of bailable warrant issued against the respondent no.2.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, who is personally present in the Court, assures that he shall be taking appropriate precaution and care so as to ensure that the matters pertaining to the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur shall be properly assigned and attended before this Court and diligently instructions shall be issued to the panel advocates in the matters. 3.
In view of aforesaid assurance, we deem it appropriate to allow the civil application in terms of its prayer. 4.
The civil application is disposed of.
WRIT PETITION NO. 7069 OF 2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges receipt of copy of reply from the respondent no.2.
