The applicant has filed this application for grant of permission to deposit the amount. The order was passed on 09.10.2025 and direction was given to deposit Rs.50,000/- on the same date and remaining Rs.25,000/- within a period of one week. Instead of 16.10.2025, the applicant has tried to deposit the amount on 17.10.2025, Registry has refused to accept the cheque. As the applicant is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/-, the Registry is directed to accept the cheque.
