DATED : 26/03/2025.

.

We have heard this petition in the first half. Since the copy of the order was not annexed with the reply, the matter was kept back.

2.

In the second half, when the matter is called out, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor Ms Deshmukh has placed on record the copy of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by the Jail Superintendent, Amravati Prison wherein it was informed to the petitioner that the amount of cash surety of Rs.25,000/- cannot be refunded as he has jumped the condition of the prison leave. The copy of the order dated 04.12.2024 is taken on record which also bears the signature of the petitioner. The fact remains that he has not challenged the said order. 3.

That being so, keeping the right reserved to question the order dated 04.12.2024, copy of which is also made available to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

4.

As such, the petition stands disposed of.
