Civil Application (W) No. 3565 of 2023 is moved by the petitioner in view of the order of this Court dated 27.10.2023. 2.

In that view of the matter, we allow the application. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today, failing which the amendment stands disallowed. Writ Petition No. 334 of 2020 The petitioner no.2 who is added in the cause title of the petition has already placed on record additional affidavit, a copy of which is acknowledged by the counsel for the respondent no.1. The petitioner no.1 has also filed additional affidavit thereby justifying the claim for compensation.

We grant an opportunity to the respondents to file consolidate counter to the same to be placed on record within a period of three weeks from today.
