Learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application to transfer the matter, which is pending before the Family Court, Nashik filed by the non-applicant for divorce to the Family Court, Amravati.

Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Amravati with her son, who is 3 years of age. She has filed Domestic Violence proceeding at learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amravati. The applicant has filed divorce petition. The non-applicant has to appear before the Amravati Court in Domestic Violence proceeding and the applicant is staying with Prity

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Petition bearing No.A532/2024, pending before the Family Court, Nashik, is transferred to file of Family Court, Amravati. (Mrs. Vrushali V. Joshi, J.) Prity
