JULY 2, 2024 Adjournment is sought on the ground that Shri J.M. Gandhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, is not keeping well.

2] Office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3] Stand over to 16/7/2024.

4] The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the issue involved could be resolved through ADR.

5] Accordingly, in the meantime, the learned Counsel for the petitioner shall take instructions and if possible, may explore possibilities of resolving the dispute through ADR.
