There is a delay of 456 days caused in filing the second appeal. The appeal arises out of a matrimonial dispute between the husband and the wife. The applicant is the wife. 02.

It is stated in the application that the appeal could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation due to financial constraints. It is also stated that the applicant has no source of income and has to maintain minor children.

The non-applicant has filed reply opposing the application. However, the contention that the applicant does not have any source of income and has to maintain minor children is not in dispute. 04.

In that view of the matter, the delay caused in filing the second appeal is condoned. Office to register the second appeal. 05.

List the second appeal for consideration on 13th October, 2025.
