The present application is for seeking a stay to the effect, operation, and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 27/03/2017 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No. 100/2015.

Mr A.M. Kukday, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the compensation amount is already deposited, he filed the Pursis to that effect. In view of that the effect, operation, and implementation of the impugned judgment and order be stayed till disposal of the appeal.
