DATED : 25-04-2017 Heard.

Perused the first information report and reply of the prosecution.

The reply shows that prima facie two similar crimes were registered against this applicant in the past. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in both these crimes the applicant has been acquitted and in support he has produced before me copies of the judgments rendered in these crimes. On going through these judgments, I find that submission of learned Counsel for the applicant is correct. Therefore, now it cannot be said that this applicant has any criminal record.

It is not in dispute that necessary seizures have already been made and major part of the investigation is

2 aba851.16 over. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed. Anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the applicant on 30-12-2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that the applicant shall now attend the police station, if required.
