Considering the facts of the case, prima facie, and accepting the statement made by the appellant that any other crime / offence is not registered against him, following interim order is passed:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.561/2018 registered by the respondent No.1 / State, the appellant be released on bail provisionally, until further orders, on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.
