Perused contents of the application. The prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by learned counsel for the original applicant.

However, considering reasons mentioned, the delay is condoned subject to the cross-objector not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced for the period from 19.08.2017 to 26.10.2018. Delay is condoned on aforesaid terms. Civil application is disposed of.
