Present application is filed by the petitioners for withdrawal of this writ petition as the Chief Executive Officer of respondent No.4 Zilla Parishad is ready to transfer the petitioners and give them postings at schools as per their choice.

The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed a Communication dated 06.11.2025 issued by Education Officer, Primary, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. The permission is granted to withdraw the present writ petition. 4.
