Heard Shri Shyam Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, the building in which the petitioners are residing is in dilapidated state. In that view of the matter, the petitioners have submitted the representation to the respondent-Authorities, which is still not decided. Be that as it may, we direct the respondent-Authorities to treat the present petition as representation. The respondent-Authorities are directed to decide the representation after hearing all concerned and pass necessary order in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from today. 2.

The petitioners undertake to produce the copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the respondent-Authorities within a period of one week from today.
