The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Amravati has filed this application praying that time fixed by this Court to complete the enquiry be extended by four months.

By order dated 20th July 2018, this Court directed that the enquiry should be completed and action taken report should be submitted to this Court till 2nd November 2018. Though I find that the explanation given in the application for not completing the enquiry within time is not sufficient, further time of three months is granted to complete the enquiry.

List the matter for further consideration on 6th February 2019.
