Pursis filed on behalf of respondent no.2 is taken on record. It is marked "X" for identification. 3.

By this pursis, the respondent no.2 has shown it's willingness to transfer the petitioner on a vacancy of Assistant Teacher on grant-in-aid sections. However, certain stages for doing so are mentioned in this pursis. These stages are those as are contained in Clauses - (a) to (e) of the pursis. The respondent no.2 has also undertaken to issue an order of transfer in favour of the petitioner after completion of the exercise as mentioned in Clauses - (a) to (e) of Pursis "X".

This is acceptable to the petitioner as submitted across the bar by his learned Counsel, upon instructions. 5.

Therefore, this writ petition could be disposed of in terms of Pursis "X". The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of Pursis "X". After receipt of the proposal from the concerned Headmaster accordingly, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider the same and decide it, in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
