Heard the learned advocate for the applicant. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1(D) on record.

Learned Advocate for the deceased - respondent No.1-D submits that he is appearing for the proposed legal heirs to be brought on record. He submits that he has no objection, if the application is allowed.

In view of statement and for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed.

The appellant is allowed to bring legal heirs of the deceased - respondent No.1-D on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.

2-CAO-2136-18 FAMILY COURT APPEAL NO. 24 OF 2014 Shri T. D. Mandlekar, learned advocate submits that he is appearing for respondent No.5.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the order of dismissal against the respondent No.5 has been passed wrongly.

Learned advocate for the respondent No.5 has no objection to set the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

In view of the statement, order of dismissal dated 12/07/2016 is set aside.

Shri T. D. Mandlekar, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No.5.
