This is an application for correction of the names of respondent Nos.1 and 2. It is stated that at the time of filing of the reference the correct names of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2/claimants were not mentioned. The mistake occurred has been stated in the application. Similarly, the correct names of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been stated in the application.

Learned Advocates for the respondents submits that the Court may pass an appropriate order.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The correction of the name of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is allowed in terms of the prayer. The correction be carried out within two weeks. 5.
