The learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the communication dated 01/03/2024 by the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Deori, District Gondia (for short, "ITDP").

In the reply filed by the Project Officer, ITDP, in para 7, it is specifically mentioned that, the petitioner no. 3 was appointed on the post of 'Kamathi' by petitioner no. 1 against the vacancy created due to removal of one permanent employee Ku. Yogita Tahware, whose service was terminated on 09/06/2021.

In view of the communication dated 01/03/2024 issued by respondent no. 4 - Project Officer, ITDPs, the impugned order is cancelled and confirmed the order of approval dated 07/07/2023. As such, nothing
