In the backdrop of judgment and order dated 10.6.2016 delivered in Writ Petition No. 3100/2015 and the order dated 13.2.2020 passed in Civil Application No. 400/2020 in Writ Petition No. 3100/2015 (Suresh Ramchandra Ramteke Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others), we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take steps for notifying the de-reservation of the land of the petitioners as has been ordered in the aforesaid orders as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 2.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
