DATED : 30/09/2019 Learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy according to law. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that the issues raised in this petition are not adverted to as it is withdrawn by the petitioners. We find that in the petition reference is made to the provisions of "Anti-Corruption Act" which does not exist. In view of the callousness in drafting the petition, we direct the advocate representing the petitioners to deposit Rs. One Thousand with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce receipt of it on record of this petition within two weeks.
