On 20 January 2021 following order was passed. "Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

On 22 April 2019 following order was passed.

"Heard.

Issue notice for final disposal of the matter, returnable on 29th July, 2019.

Ms Tajwar Khan, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader, waives service of notice for both the respondents.

The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioners for filling up the vacancies."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader is unable to make a statement whether the claim of the Petitioners has been decided or not. We, therefore, defer the hearing of the Petition till 28 January 2021.

If the claim of the Petitioners is not decided till date, the Respondent-Authorities are directed to decide the same within one week from today."

The learned AGP states that a decision has been taken rejecting the claim of the Petitioners, copy thereof is given to the Advocate for the Petitioners and is also addressed to the Petitioners.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of this development, liberty may be granted to the Petitioners to withdraw the Petition and challenge the order dated 25 January 2021.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
