Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 6270/2012 and 6420.2013 were not complied fully. He further submits that subsequently special audit was also conducted which favours his case. He has then made representation dated 20.6.2025 to respondent No. 2 which till this day has not been decided. If that being so, we direct respondent No. 2 to decide the representation, in accordance with law, within ten weeks from today. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
