DATED :- JANUARY 18, 2024 The application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that the death of the deceased is caused within four months of her marriage. The dead body of the deceased was found in the Well that is suspicious circumstances, therefore, I have expressed disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after receipt of the viscera report. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
