DATED : 04/07/2019 After arguing for sometime, it transpired that the matter can be worked out amicably and then Pursis dated 04/07/2019 signed by Shri Jayant S. Andhare - partner of the petitioner - Firm, advocate for the petitioner - Firm, respondent no. 1 and advocate for the respondent no. 1 is placed on record. The parties agree to abide by the terms of compromise as stated in the pursis and have given undertaking to this Court accordingly.

The undertaking given by the parties is accepted. The amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner alongwith interest on it be given to the respondent no. 1 immediately.

On deposit of the balance amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-, as assured by the petitioner, the same be given to the respondent no. 1.

The petition is disposed accordingly.
