Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By way of this application, the applicant seeks review of the order dated 15.03.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2586 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the applicant contended that this Court in its order dated 15.03.2018 committed an apparent error on the face of the record by recording a contrary finding. He further submitted that although there was a specific issue of bias on the part of a member of the Enquiry Committee, which was raised in the memo of appeal preferred before the School Tribunal, this Court did not deal with that issue while deciding the matter. 4.

He also submitted that the findings recorded are contrary to the facts on record. Therefore, on that ground, he prayed that the order dated 15.03.2018 passed by this Court be reviewed.

I have perused the application and the contentions therein. Upon perusal of the order dated 15.03.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2586 of 2008, I do not find any reason to interfere with the said order, as the applicant has not pointed out any apparent error on the face of the record.
