O R D E R

(Passed on 22nd March, 2025) The parties have settled their dispute fully and finally on the terms mentioned in the Compromise Memo (Form-H) annexed herewith, which is duly signed by the parties. Respondent No.1 appeared through Video Conferencing from the District Legal Services Authority Centre, Akola and duly identified by his Counsel. Shri Salunke, Project Director, NHAI appeared in person. Both admit the execution of agreement and the terms contained therein.

In the wake of settlement between the parties, the appeal is disposed of in the terms of settlement agreement.
