According to him, an application for One Time Settlement (OTS) preferred before the respondent on 28.08.2025 is still not decided. 2.

In the light of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India dated 03.09.2005 and since the prayer made in the petition is innocuous, we direct the respondent to decide the application preferred by the petitioners within a period of four weeks in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the respondent within a period of one week from today.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
